Steven W. Adams, 60, of Monticello, Killed in Motorcycle Crash

Justin Dennis Altwein, 25 of Wausaukee, WI, Arrested After I-65 Altercation

Today at approximately 10:15 a.m. on I-65 southbound near the 200-mile marker (that is near the White/Jasper County Line, US 24/201 Exit), an altercation allegedly involving a gun occurred between two drivers with one ending up in jail.

Record Breaking Holiday Travel Weekend Underway; ISP Patrols Increased

From Friday evening, June 30, through Tuesday July 4th, the Indiana State Police will be out in full force working Project CARE, stopping vehicles for impaired driving, aggressive driving, speeding, reckless driving, child restraint and seat belt non-compliance by aggressively targeting those who put lives in danger.
