Homicide investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying possible suspect(s) in the fatal shooting of Dewandale Crittenden, 26, in the 3700 block of North Hillside Avenue. The victim was found shot and killed inside a vehicle on July 18, 2015.

IMPD officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of Barbary Lane on a report of a person down.

Detectives with IMPD’s Violent Crime Unit located and arrested 18-year-old Demarcus French who is accused of pointing a firearm at officers in the 3300 blk. Sherman Ave.

IMPD officers were dispatched to the 9100 block of East 39th Place on a report of shots fired.

At approximately 9:45 a.m., an officer, while on routine patrol, was flagged down by a complainant indicating they had just heard several gunshots in the area.

On Friday July 17, 2015 at 10:49 a.m., an anonymous call was placed to 911 stating that there was a body in the back bedroom of a residence in the 2600 block of Putters Lane.

On Sunday, July 19th just after 12:30 a.m., officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) were sent to the 3700 block of Salem Street reference a disturbance with a gun.

At approximately 4:48 a.m., officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) were dispatched to the 3700 block of Hillside Avenue on a report of a person shot.

Detectives are looking for 35-year-old Donald Rudolph for shooting 37-year-old Corey Culpepper in the 2300 blk. of Adams St. on Monday, July 13th.

Detectives have arrested 40-year-old Farrell Downey Jr. and preliminarily charge him with Murder.
