Very windy conditions are likely throughout the day, with gusts peaking as high as 45-50 mph over northern portions of central Indiana this afternoon.

An active weather pattern is expected for the end of the week and through the weekend. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected today and tonight, a few of which could be strong to severe.

Areas of dense fog will result in the visibility being reduced to less than a mile in many spots through 9 am.
