High pressure will bring dry and slightly cooler conditions through Friday with just a small threat for an isolated storm in the northern Wabash Valley this evening and across northern portions of central Indiana Friday evening into early Saturday.
Heat and humidity will return for the weekend as highs rise into the mid-90s over much of the region.
Heat indices will peak around 100° both Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
An approaching cold front from the north will bring scattered showers and storms into the area Sunday afternoon and night.
