Warm and unsettled weather can be expected this week, with showers and occasional thunderstorms, some of which could be severe, particularly Wednesday afternoon and evening – however, a marginal risk for severe storms will exist Monday and Tuesday as well.
SEVERE STORMS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH MIDWEEK
Severe storms will be a threat at times through mid-week. Isolated strong to severe storms are possible today across southwestern portions of central Indiana, and across all but northeastern portions of the area Tuesday.
Severe storm chances are highest Wednesday afternoon and evening.

Tonight: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 1am, then isolated showers between 1am and 2am. Low around 48. Northeast wind 5 to 10 mph. The chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
Tuesday: Isolated showers after 2pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 69. East wind 7 to 10 mph becoming south southeast in the afternoon. The chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tuesday Night: Isolated showers before 8pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 62. South wind 10 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. The chance of precipitation is 30%.
Wednesday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 8am. High near 71. Breezy, with a south wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 33 mph. The chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
Wednesday Night: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 2am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2am. Low around 45. The chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between three quarters and one inch possible.
