ACTIVE WEATHER THROUGH MONDAY
Today will be windy with near-record temperatures in the 70s. A cold front will bring showers and some thunderstorms tonight, with an isolated severe storm possible.
Lows will be in the 50s northwest to around 60 southeast.
The cold front will keep a wide range of temperatures across the area Sunday through Monday, with colder air northwest and warmer air southeast.
More showers and storms will return by Sunday night, with heavy rain possible Sunday night into early Monday.
Rain chances diminish on Monday.
ISOLATED SEVERE STORMS TONIGHT
A cold front will bring some showers and thunderstorms tonight.
Isolated severe storms are possible, mainly across northwest sections of central Indiana, between 10 PM and 4 AM.
The primary severe threat will be damaging winds.
GUSTY WINDS AND ELEVATED FIRE DANGER
Southerly winds will increase this afternoon, with sustained winds of 20-25mph and gusts up to 40 mph likely.
These winds combined with low humidity will lead to an elevated fire danger this afternoon.
Consistent gusts will diminish tonight, but showers and thunderstorms could bring additional gusts as they move through.
HEAVY RAINFALL POSSIBLE SUNDAY NIGHT
A couple of rounds of rainfall through Monday, with totals between 2 to 3 inches for most of the area, could lead to localized flooding. The heaviest rainfall is expected between 10 PM Sunday through 10 AM Monday.

Today: Sunny, with a high near 76. South southwest wind 7 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
Tonight: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 2am, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm between 2am and 5am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 5am. Low around 59. Breezy, with a south wind 16 to 23 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph. The chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Sunday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 8am, then a slight chance of showers between 8am and 2pm. Mostly sunny, with a steady temperature around 61. Breezy, with a west wind 14 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 32 mph. The chance of precipitation is 50%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Sunday Night: Showers likely, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 11pm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Low around 44. Calm wind becoming northeast 5 to 8 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 18 mph. The chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible.
