Widespread rain showers and breezy conditions are expected today as a strong cold front moves in from the west this afternoon.
Winds may gust to 41 mph at times this afternoon.
Rainfall amounts will be a quarter-inch to near a half an inch at most locales.
Temperatures will drop behind the cold front with much colder weather in store for the weekend.
GUSTY WINDS UP TO 41 MPH
A large area of showers will continue to move east across central Indiana into this afternoon.
About a quarter to a half-inch of rain is possible as this rain moves through.
In addition to the rain, wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph will continue to develop into the early afternoon.
