Indianapolis Weather Forecast for May 14, 2021

The dry and warmer weather will continue through tonight.

However, rain chances will increase from the west on Saturday morning with better chances Sunday.

Isolated thunderstorms are also possible across the southern counties on Sunday.

Thunderstorm chances will become more widespread Sunday night.

INDIANAPOLIS 7-DAY EXTENDED FORECAST

Today: Sunny, with a high near 70. Calm wind.

Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 49. Calm wind.

Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 70. Calm wind becoming south 5 to 8 mph in the morning.

Saturday Night: A 50 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 53. South southwest wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the evening. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Sunday: A 50 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 68. Southeast wind 3 to 7 mph. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Sunday Night: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 57. The chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Monday: Showers likely, with thunderstorms also possible after 2 pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 71. The chance of precipitation is 70%.

Monday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 57. The chance of precipitation is 40%.

Tuesday: A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 2 pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 74. The chance of precipitation is 40%.

Tuesday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 60. The chance of precipitation is 30%.

Wednesday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 78.

Wednesday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 61.

Thursday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 78.
