Rain will continue to steadily change over to snow from northwest to southeast today, with light accumulations of 1-3″ expected, with isolated higher amounts possible. Dramatically colder conditions are expected as the front moves through the area, with wind chills as low as -5 expected by late tonight into Tuesday morning. Highs Tuesday will only be in the 20s, with lows Tuesday night in the high single digits to low teens.
