Zachary Miller, 24, Killed in Accident on Country Club Road

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Accident investigators responded to a serious accident that left one person dead.

On April 7, 2017, just after 8:00 p.m., an IMPD officer drove up on a possible fatal accident in the 2700 block of Country Club Rd. IMPD Accident Investigators were called to the scene.

The Investigation showed a 2004 gray Mazda 6S driven by 24-year-old Zachary Miller was traveling northbound on Country Club Rd at a high rate of speed when he lost control during a curve causing his vehicle to go off the road striking a tree. Mr. Miller was transported to Eskenazi hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Mr. Miller’s fiancée was traveling in a vehicle behind him and witnessed the crash. At this time, it is unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor.
