On Monday, April 10th, 2017, at 3:30 p.m., Carmel Police observed a 2003 silver Chevrolet Impala traveling southbound US 31 near 136th Street. The vehicle was traveling approximately 75/55 mph and failed to signal a lane change. The Impala was stopped in the area of the US 31 and Carmel Drive (overpass). The driver was identified as Trevon N. Bluiett (22 year old B/M from Indianapolis, IN).
During the traffic stop, a strong odor of Marijuana was emitting from the Chevrolet Impala. Through further investigation, Bluiett was arrested for possession of Marijuana less than 30 grams (Class B-Misdemeanor).
Bluiett was later transported to the Hamilton County Jail for further processing. His bond was set at $1,000.
