New Castle: Brandy McIntosh, 28, Arrested and Charged with Possession of Methamphetamine & Hydrocodone

April 19, 2017 by Naptown Buzz

New Castle – A New Castle woman was arrested last evening as the result of an ongoing drug investigation by the Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Section and the Henry County Drug Task Force. The events started last evening around 8:30 p.m. when troopers served a search warrant at a home in New Castle.

As a result of that search warrant and ongoing investigation, Brandy McIntosh, age 28, was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Narcotic Drug (Hydrocodone) and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, all three Level 6 felony charges. She was lodged in the Henry County Jail.

Meth Suppression Section Troopers were assisted by Pendleton District Troopers, Henry County Prosecutor Joe Bergacs, the Henry County Drug Task Force and the Henry County Department of Child Services. Investigations are often the result of a tip received from the public. Anyone with information about illegal drug activity may call the Indiana State Police Drug Tip Line at 1-800-453-4756. Tips can be made and kept anonymous.

All Suspects Are Presumed Innocent Until Proven Guilty in a Court of Law.
