TRIBE NOTES

RISPY BUSINESS: Both the Mud Hens and Indians struggled with RISP against one another. Toledo went 7-for-29 (.241) with RISP, and Indianapolis posted a .226 clip (7-for-31) in the four-game set.

STICKY SITUATION: The Tribe bullpen struggled to stop the bleeding over the final three games against Toledo this weekend. Indy’s relievers inherited a total of nine baserunners from Friday thru Sunday, allowing seven of them to score.

HOMECOMING: Josh Lindblom will make his first affiliated start since Aug. 31, 2014 while pitching for Triple-A Sacramento. Lindblom, 29, spent the last two seasons with the Lotte Giants in the Korean Baseball Organization. While with Lotte, he greeted fans in Korean during his postgame interviews and also tweeted in Korean. Lindblom, born and raised in Lafayette, Ind., played college ball at Purdue University before being selected by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the second round (61st overall) of the 2008 MLB June Amateur Draft. Lindblom lives in Indianapolis year-round.
