Detectives with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Covert Robbery Unit arrest 59-year-old Warren Bridges after he is located in stolen vehicle on the south side of Indianapolis.
Detectives along with the Agents from the FBI Violent Crimes Taskforce had been searching for the suspect for several days reference his alleged involvement in several area robberies.
Detectives transported the suspect to IMPD Headquarters were the suspect provided a statement to detectives. After the suspect’s statement to detectives, the suspect was connected to four separate robberies were a weapon was implied. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Arrestee Processing Center and preliminarily charged with four separate robbery offenses. Federal authorities are reviewing the case for possible federal prosecution.
