Drum Corps International (DCI), Marching Music’s Major League™, is setting the stage for continued fierce competition as the World Championship Finals continue. Finals on Saturday will rock Lucas Oil Stadium in the head-to-head contests between the top corps.
The World Championship Finals – the magnificent World Championship Finals festivities kick off at 5:30 p.m. in Lucas Oil Stadium with many features and performances:
- INpact – Indiana’s Future Band will perform at 6:00 p.m. This incredible group of 500 middle school band students will salute the state of Indiana as they demonstrate their talents and love of music.
- 2016 Open Class DCI World Champion – Blue Devils B, crowned Tuesday night in Michigan City, will perform in exhibition.
- As a continuation of the annual tradition, “The Commandant’s Own,” The U.S. Marine Drum and Bugle Corps will perform its field show and the National Anthem.
- Finals competition will begin at 7:00 p.m. when the top 12 drum corps face off in an exhilarating environment as they perform for the last time this year in a competition where anything can happen.
