IMPD Missing Persons Detectives are happy to report that Mrs. McDowell has been located and is alive and well. The IMPD would like to extend their thanks to the community for their interest and assistance in this investigation.
Missing Persons detectives are asking for the community’s help in locating 53-year-old Carina McDowell of Indianapolis. Mrs. McDowell was last seen June 30, 2016 around the 2100 block Gent Avenue. Through the weekend, detectives have continued to follow-up on lead information but have not yet had success in locating Mrs. McDowell.
Mrs. McDowell is described as a white female standing 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, and having sandy brown hair.
