Today the City of Indianapolis’ Department of Public Works announced that a section of Moore Road from 86th to 96th Street will be temporarily closed to allow for erosion control repairs at 8900 Moore Road. The closure will be begin on or around April 21 and will remain closed until May 16, weather permitting.
The temporary closure will detour traffic from the south end from 88th Street west to Cooper Road north to 96th Street to Moore Road. From the north end, the detour route will follow 96th Street west to Cooper Road south to 88th Street east to Moore Road.
