Hoosiers looking for a new authentic Tex-Mex restaurant will find it at Chuy’s as it opens its newest location Tuesday, April 22, 11 a.m.
For more than 30 years, the Austin-based restaurant has been known for its commitment to providing made-from-scratch Tex-Mex using only the freshest ingredients. Diners can expect the Noblesville décor to feature the restaurant’s signature eclectic atmosphere, such as the “school” of hand-carved wooden fish and hubcaps hanging from the ceiling, along with the La Chihuahua Bar featuring framed pictures of local dogs.
