6th Annual Hogmanay Eve Costume Ball at Latvian Community Center

*The 6th Annual Hogmanay Eve Costume Ball, 2012, will take place on Sunday December 30, from 6 to 10 p.m. It will be held at the Latvian Community Center, 1008 W. 64th Street, Indianapolis. *The dinner will once again be a catered affair, this year featuring a menu of Scottish food.
*The Latvian Community Center bar will be open for drink purchases.
*After dinner there will be traditional dancing called by Mac Bellner to the music of the band.
*Hogeye Navvy also will perform.
*As usual, we will have a raffle drawing, with the prizes this year including a bottle of Scotch selected by none other than The Wizard, Garry Farren. He will find it difficult to give it up to the winner, but Hogeye Navvy force him to do so!
*New this year, we will have a King and Queen of the Ball who will reign over the evening. All who have made reservations for the event by Saturday, December 22 will be eligible for the drawing to be named King or Queen. Names will go into Garry’s hat (assuming it is not all gone for beer and tobacco!) and December 22 at the Aristocrat we will draw the names for King and Queen of the Ball. *Also as usual, costumes are not required and we want you to dress comfortably. However, if you wish to wear period reenactor clothing or any fancy dress, that will be spectacularly welcomed!
*Plan to begin welcoming in the New Year with Hogeye Navvy at the 6th Annual Hogmanay Eve Costume Ball!!!
