An Evening With Amy Sedaris at Madame Walker Theatre Center
Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 7:30PM

As part of the 2012 Spirit and Place Festival, NoExit Performance is partnering with the LGBT film festival and Indy Pride to bring a truly unique and special evening to the city of Indianapolis. An evening with Amy Sedaris features actress, author, and comedian Amy Sedaris in conversation with Indianapolis’ Art of the Matter host Travis DiNicola exploring a variety of subjects that is sure to be outlandish and hilarious. Known for her role as Jerri Blank in the television series “Strangers with Candy” as well as her books such as I Like You: Hospitality Under the Influence and Simple Times: Crafts for Poor People, Sedaris is an ideal proponent of the Spirit and Place festival theme of “play” through comedic humor. Audience participation is also highly encouraged through question and answer with Sedaris. This event is generously sponsored in part by the Efroymson Family Fund.

Tickets start at $25.
