Motion City Soundtrack with special guest Jukebox the Ghost and Now, Now take the stage at Deluxe at Old National Centre Wednesday, October 10, 2012. Doors open at 6pm and the show starts at 8:00pm. Motion City Soundtrack is a pop-punk band which includes members Joshua Cain, Tony Thaxton, Justin Pierre, Jesse Johnson, and Matthew Taylor. Following their high-school graduation, Minneapolis, MN natives Pierre and Cain formed the band in 1999. The pair assembled a temporary lineup and issued a self-released 7” that same year. In June of 2012, Motion City Soundtrack released its fifth full-length album Go. The album takes the classic clever lyrics and upbeat MCS that we all know and love in a new direction.
